Owing to our founders’ roots, we meet our deep sense of social responsibility with time and financial support. Through our philanthropic arm, OP360 Cares, we’ve implemented several initiatives:

Volunteer Day: Paid day off for employees to volunteer, primarily in local schools. Our goal is to achieve 24,000 volunteer hours annually across our sites.

Adopt-a-School Program: USD 118,000+ invested since 2021 in 9 schools across Philippines and Colombia. Projects include facility upgrades, construction, and solar installation.

Employee-Led Giving: Employee-driven annual tradition since 2021. To date, employees have distributed 703 grocery bundles to school staff in Cebu, Philippines.

Disaster Relief: Rapid response for employees affected by natural disasters. Notable example: Typhoon Odette (Philippines) – provided emergency shelter and USD 946,000 in financial assistance.

LGBTQ+ Advocacy: Mariposa, our LGBTQIA+ Business Resource Group, leads internal initiatives and partnerships with LGBTQIA+ organizations, including the Philippine Financial & Inter-industry Pride (PFIP).

Diversity Celebrations: Annual events in all our locations. Recent highlights include the OP360 Diversity Ball in the Philippines since 2022.

SOGIE 101 and Business of Inclusion: Self-paced training module, developed in-house and has been adopted by multinational corporations in the Philippines as of June 2024.

#SafeAtOP360: Weather advisories, information drives, and themed campaigns led by our in-house Safety and Health Team.

Safety Suggestions Portal: Dedicated portal that empowers employees to enhance our strategy and shape future well-being programs.
