Over 2,000 employers with 250+ employees were initially screened in the process.
The rigorous selection involved combing through thousands of employee evaluations, which involved respondents rating their willingness to recommend their employer. The survey’s unique approach of prioritizing employee perspectives provides an authentic snapshot of workplace quality, making this recognition particularly meaningful.
The list covers 28 industries, and OP360 is one of the top organizations under the professional services sector.
