OP360 Among Philippines’ Top Employers in Prestigious Annual Survey

Makati City, Philippines–For its exceptional commitment to workplace excellence and employee satisfaction, leading BPO company OP360, has been officially recognized as one of the Best Employers in the Philippines, according to the annual survey conducted by the Philippine Daily Inquirer, the country’s top broadsheet, and Statista, a globally leading market research firm.

OP360 is among the 300 companies and government agencies included in the prestigious list. These organizations were chosen based on a survey among workers, who were invited to give  comprehensive feedback about their employers on key metrics of workplace environment, culture, and overall employee experience; as well as among the Inquirer’s readers. Over 2,000 employers with 250+ employees were initially screened in the process.

The rigorous selection involved combing through thousands of employee evaluations, which involved respondents rating their willingness to recommend their employer. The survey’s unique approach of prioritizing employee perspectives provides an authentic snapshot of workplace quality, making this recognition particularly meaningful.

The list covers 28 industries, and OP360 is one of the top organizations under the professional services sector.
